Whether you want simple and sweet or a ceremony filled with readings, ritual componants, or family involvement, I’m here to help shape it in a way that feels natural and comfortable. I'll guide you through the wording, vows, and flow of the ceremony so you feel supported every step of the way.

Setting the Date

 

For all rites of passage and spiritual companioning, I schedule sessions and ceremonies by phone. This allows us to speak directly, feel into the timing, and make sure the date you’re hoping for is truly available.

You’re welcome to call to begin the process of setting a date. If I am in session, please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as I am able.

 

A Conversation First

 

Before we finalize anything, we’ll have a brief conversation — by phone or Zoom — to explore:

• what you’re seeking

• the shape of the ceremony or session

• any needs, sensitivities, or hopes you’re carrying

This conversation helps us discern together whether I am the right companion for your threshold moment.

 

Payment & Scheduling

I schedule all rites of passage and spiritual companioning sessions by phone, so we can choose a date together and briefly discuss what you’re seeking.

At this time, I receive payment by check or cash. For ceremonies and rites of passage, payment is offered prior to the service, ensuring all practical pieces are settled before we enter the ritual space.

PayPal (bank‑transfer only) will be added in the future for those who prefer a digital option.

Travel Fees

​​

The first 20 miles round‑trip from Friendship, ME are included; after that, travel is $0.70 per mile round‑trip.

If your ceremony is a quite a bit farther away — usually over two hours each way — or ends late in the evening, I may need to arrange an overnight stay for safety. If that’s ever the case, I’ll talk with you ahead of time and if agreed will simply add the actual lodging cost to your total. No surprises, no extra fees.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. For ceremonies and rites of passage, cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are non‑refundable, as preparation and reserved time have already been set aside.

​

For spiritual companioning sessions, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session rate.
